It was always on my bucket list to visit the Tiger Muay Thai camp in Phuket. In 2022 it happened, and besides being wasted on so much sport, I enjoyed it to train with the best Muay Thai fighters in the world.

One thing which was driving me crazy was the humidity. And no pictures show it better than this:

Honestly, I am not a fighter, I am doing Crossfit, so I participated in the speed, strength, coordination, and fitness classes. But training three times a day burns a lot of calories (~5000 a day), which means I had to eat a lot 🙂 Eating on Phuket is quite cheap, with 5 Dollars for dinner you are full and happy.

I only had two rest days to recover, so I rode to the beach, the big Budda, and the nearest cities. Sometimes I also used the pool at my apartment.
